Data we process

We limit collection to information needed to operate the website and handle your request.

• Information you provide: name, email address, optional phone number, budget, timeline and message content.
• Technical data needed to secure and deliver the website: IP address, browser, device, timestamp and requested pages, including hosting logs.
• Business communications and project information when you become a prospect or client.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answer enquiries, prepare estimates and carry out pre-contractual follow-up.
• Deliver and follow up services agreed with clients.
• Secure our websites, prevent abuse and investigate incidents under our legitimate interests.
• Comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Forms, email and cookies

The form sends your enquiry to Loopus through Vercel hosting and the Resend email service. Budget, timeline and phone are optional. You can also email contact@loopus.tech directly.

The websites do not use advertising cookies. A technical cookie remembers your language choice. Page and form-step counters are recorded in Vercel logs with language, page category and source category (search, social, internal link, another site or direct). These events contain no name, email, message or visitor identifier and use no browser storage. They respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Page and source category also accompany your enquiry to provide context; technical hosting logs remain separate.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Data is available only to Loopus and providers strictly required for hosting, email, security or service delivery. We do not sell your data.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards provided by the GDPR. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for a reasonable period, contractual and accounting data for statutory periods, and technical logs according to the host’s policy.

Security and external links

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and access control. No Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.

Our websites may link to third-party services. Their own policies apply once you leave a Loopus domain.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French law, you may exercise the rights that apply to your situation:

• Access, correction and deletion of your data.
• Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
